I’m Richard Sullivan, a London-born, New York–based design leader who helps companies turn good ideas into products people actually use and enjoy. I’ve led teams and worked on platforms reaching millions of users at FARFETCH, Microsoft/Skype, Sky, and The Guardian, helping businesses grow from early-stage startups to post-IPO scale across fashion, technology, media, sport, and fintech.


Working in different countries and industries has taught me that great design comes from combining a clear vision with hands-on involvement, and from building the conditions for teams to do their best work. I focus on guiding products from early ideas to launch, mentoring teams, and working across departments to make sure design delivers real impact.


Outside of work, you’ll find me running along the West Side or training for Hyrox competitions, exploring water and nature with my family, and cheering on the Knicks.
